Just under half a year after the establishment of A2X the first order for a hydrogen solution is secured for a long-term well-known customer of HYTOR. Since the establishment of A2X in the fall of 2021 the interest for A2X capabilities within green fuel production has been tremendous. This order for a hydrogen generation plant is just one among more in the pipeline.
Producing hydrogen is most often done under high pressure entailing high requirements on the components and instrumentation used in the construction. Being a specialist within high pressure and high temperature systems has been the launch pad for HYTOR to be considered as partner for engineering and construction of this hydrogen solution for one of our well known and long-term customers.
“We are of course excited to be chosen as supplier for this solution, it fits perfect with the A2X partnership, which we established just recently” Niels G. Langerhuus says and continues “even though we at HYTOR have decades of experience with construction of solutions within high pressure and high temperatures, this is a new market and new application for us, which is why the joint competencies and forces in the A2X partnership will fully benefit the customer”.
The hydrogen solution is to be supplied in the fall of 2022. This means that the first P2X solution for the A2X partnership will be engineered, constructed, and supplied within the first year of the partnership’s existence.
HYTOR is the main driver behind this first order for the A2X partnership, supported by TS Tech for the electrical part of the project. The solution is co-branded by the A2X partnership with SubC and Juel+Krøyer.
